Media Agency | Communications and Email Marketing
A communications specialist and IT project manager. My email programmes lifted customer lifetime value by 87%, and my projects have been delivered 94% on time across banking, health, booking and jobs platforms.
Hi, I’m Nefe Clarke. I’m a communications and email marketing specialist and an IT project manager, and I’m driven by a passion to communicate clearly and deliver what I promise.
I know how to manage stakeholders, keep projects moving and turn complicated work into clear updates. I also use AI automation to speed up media tasks and executive and virtual assistance work, from drafting and research to scheduling and admin.
I have also been a mentor and facilitator on SkillPaddy, an EdTech platform, where I created video content and mentored learners.
I run Nefe Clarke Limited, a registered media agency in Lagos, and over the past several years I have managed projects, media campaigns and email programmes for teams and clients across time zones.

Worked with
What I bring to every project.
A simple process, so you always know what happens next.
A short call to understand your goals, audience and timeline.
A clear proposal with deliverables, schedule and pricing before any work starts.
Regular updates and a results summary, so you can see what the work achieved.
From a client I supported as a virtual assistant.
“Before Nefe stepped in, things were clumsy. I was missing deadlines and taking too long to reply to emails, and I could never decide what to deal with first. She shaped my days, filtered the inbox, told me what actually mattered that morning, and stayed on top of the follow ups. I stopped dropping things, and I got noticeably more done.”

Short thoughts on the work I do.
Most email problems are listening problems. Before I write a single subject line, I look at who opened, who clicked and who went quiet. Segmenting a list is just listening at scale. That is how my campaigns lifted customer lifetime value by 87%.
A project doesn’t fail on the day it is late. It fails the first week nobody says what is blocking it. Clear updates, written down, sent to the right people. That is most of what a 94% on-time record really looks like.
AI can draft in seconds. It can’t decide what is worth saying or who needs to hear it. I use it to move faster on the repetitive parts, and I keep the thinking and the tone human.
You take care of the big stuff. I’ll take care of the small stuff. Most of what slows a leader down isn’t strategy. It’s the inbox, the calendar and the follow-ups nobody has time for. Hand those to me, and you get your best hours back for the decisions only you can make.
Beyond client work.
A memoir of healing, awakening and finding myself again
My debut memoir about losing myself at my lowest point, discovering who I am, and rising like a phoenix. The title says it all: Dawn at Dusk is the beginning of light inside the darkest hour.
New episodes every week. Honest conversations with everyday people and well-known voices about how they held on to their dawn in their darkest hour.
Tell me about your project and I will reply within two working days.
